We are also exporting our original products to overseas countries. Here are some details how to order and contact information.
※Since we do not accept any orders in the languages other than Japanese via phone call, please contact us via email for orders.

■How to estimate
Please send us an email in any cases if you have preferences for details of the car (car name, model year, grade and displacement of the engine), named of the products, the address or name of your organization to send our products and the way of shipping.

■How products to be shipped
1.EMS ( Express Mail Service)
※EMS is the airmail the service that goes to door to door. It has different maximum sizes and weight to send according to the countries. Please see more details through this link.
※Please see this link for approximate dates that will take for shipping.
※EMS has the compensation system of accident insurance to compensate you for the loss, damage and theft. Please let us know if you need these compensation systems when you give us estimate.

2. CFS (Container Freight Station)
※For this service, any contacts or deals should be at FOB-YOKOHAMA.
※It will cost exporting upkeep charges, which is the commission charge for shipping documents and packaging materials. We will let you know this cost when you give us estimate.

3. UPS (United Parcel Service) and any airmails, such as FedEx
It will be quite expensive, especially for shipping large products, such as a bumper.

■How to order
When you would like to order, please contact us with the official statement of order and pay by bank transfer.
※We will start to produce the products that you ordered after we could confirm your payment.

■How to pay
Any payments will be by bank transfer. We will let you know payee’s bank account when we respond to your estimate.

■Tariffs
1.There may be need to pay a tariff when you receive the products, depending on the countries. In this case, you will pay this cost.
2.The basis of taxation and the taxable account vary, depending on the countries. Please check your country’s tax rate.
3.The price written on customs declaration or invoice is only the price of products in Japanese yen.

■Return and change of the products
1.Even though we are trying to make every possible preparation for products qualities, if there are some problems with the products that we sent you, please contact us within 10 days after the products arrived. We will deal with those problems according to the details you give us.
2.There are sometimes some cases that the products you ordered are opened for examinations by staffs of customs. But in this case, we will not consider it as our responsibility.
3.Since our production is make-order manufacturing, we could not accept any requests of return and change of the products by personal reasons.

■Exemption from responsibility
1.Please make sure whether the products you buy can correspond to prohibited items in your country before you order the products. We will not take any responsibilities for any troubles of prohibited items.
2.There may be some cases that packages or cardboards will be deformed or damaged.

1.Since our product is only for Japanese car, there may be some cases that it cannot be put on your car, or needs processing, depending on your country. Also, all instruction books are written in Japanese.
2.The cost of the products and shipping charge will not be imposed a consumption tax in Japan.
